Because of the New Jersey state government shutdown, Liberty State Park was closed and Jersey City's 4th celebration of "Freedom & Fireworks Festival" was moved to EXCHANGE PLACE from 12-10pm. Carnival rides, 20+ food trucks & vendors, music and entertainment including Jersey City's own Kool & The Gang, and an amazing Grucci fireworks display over the Hudson River ! Don't miss it!!
