CEO/CREATIVE DIRECTOR

As CEO of Fireworks by Grucci, Phil drives innovation in pyrotechnics, leading landmark shows worldwide—including the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He serves on key industry boards such as the APA, NFPA, and ISEE, setting global standards in firework safety and design.

BRENDA ALBANO

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Brenda Albano, Director of Operations at Fireworks by Grucci, oversees large-scale pyrotechnic productions worldwide — managing logistics, safety, and precision execution. Her leadership ensures every Grucci show delivers excellence and unforgettable experiences.

MARC JOUFFROY

MIDDLE EAST BUSINESS MANAGER AND SHOW DESIGNER

With 20+ years of global experience, Marc has led major fireworks shows from Rio’s NYE and Beirut’s Francophonie Games to Ras Al Khaimah, Formula E Riyadh, and Japan. He oversees full show production—from concept to execution.

SCOTT COOPER

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Scott Cooper is Fireworks by Grucci’s Director of Business Development and has been with the company since 1999. He also serves as a Producer on major performances, overseeing client relations, promotions, and new projects. Scott manages communication and program aesthetics from concept to completion, bringing extensive expertise and attention to detail to every pyrotechnic production.

CORPORATE CONTROLLER

A finance professional at Fireworks by Grucci, experienced in managing financial operations for large-scale international productions. She specializes in financial reporting, cash flow management, and job cost analysis within fast-paced, project-driven environments.

She plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while supporting the successful execution of world-class events.

ANTHONY DEROSA

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Anthony DeRosa has been Fireworks by Grucci’s Production Manager since 2016. He serves as Production Manager and Chief Pyrotechnician on major events, including 4th of July and New Year celebrations, with strong expertise in coordination, computer firing, and precise execution.
